Families eligible for child care subsidies are charged a copayment (a portion of the cost of care) based on family size and income. Eligibility and copayment amounts are determined by Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C), 155 N. Third Street, DeKalb; 815-758-8149 x 225.
The CLC Board has adopted the following fee schedule for full-pay families effective July 1, 2012.
The Board reserves the right to restucture fees at any time.
